DreamNow is comprised of a small team of staff working in Toronto. This team is supported by a program staff that works on either a part-time or volunteer basis.

Dev Aujla
Executive Director and Founder
Dev became involved after a family trip to India at the age of 15. Since this time he has spoken to thousands of people, traveled the world and worked with organizations including the United Nations, the International Labor Organization and the Red Cross.

Shawn Macdonell
Shawn is the founder of an organization called CreatiVision which works to create new educational models around sports and social change. Shawn was one of the first members of DreamNow.

Felicia Christmas
Coordinator
Felicia was a DreamNow member who has now become staff. She has extensive experience working with youth and programs in Toronto's Priority Neighborhoods and is the founder of My Social Life, an event planning company for charitable causes.

Coordinator
Laura is based in Montreal and a graduate of Concordia University. She has been involved with Santropol Roulant a Montreal-based meal-on-wheels program.
