NeighbourhoodOne
NeighbourhoodOne is an online network of people, groups and organizations that are working for change across Toronto's neighbourhoods.
NeighbourhoodOne grew out of our desire to get involved in our local community and share the knowledge gained by the success of Continuum. We partnered with the Youth Challenge Fund of Toronto to find out how the Continuum program could support organizations working in Toronto's priority neighbourhoods. We discovered that before follow-up could happen groups needed to connect with each other. Everyone was doing great work but no one new what each other was doing.
