In partnership with the
                
                  Toronto Diverscity Fellows
                program we experimented with designing a different type of
                career fair. Our event included mentors, exercises built for non
                linear career paths, and an interactive process that matched
                individuals with pre arranged internship opportunities. Much of
                the learning gained during this one-off event fed directly into
